Office buyers can shop for everyday supplies or arrange larger purchases with the sales team. We designed the store to serve both needs, giving Office Elements a distinct identity across its catalogue and business services.

Inside the project

Inside the project

A store for everyday orders and larger purchases.

Office Elements serves midsize and large companies buying stationery, furniture and workplace equipment. Some buyers arrive with a product in mind; others need help supplying a department or arranging a larger order. We designed a storefront where they can compare products and prices, shop directly or find the business purchasing service they need.

Scope
E-commerce website for business buyers
01 / The challenge

Make room for business buying.

An office buyer might need a box of paper today and supplies for a whole department next month. The site has to make routine shopping straightforward while explaining how Office Elements supports larger purchases. The design also needs to express the team's energy in a catalogue full of practical products.

02 / The approach

Give each buyer a clear starting point.

Buyers can go straight to the shop or explore business purchasing from the main navigation. The catalogue puts product photographs, prices and offers together for comparison. Dedicated service pages explain larger orders and account support before buyers contact the team. We carried Office Elements' fuchsia identity through both paths so they feel part of the same store.

Using the application

What people can do.

01

Find the right part of the catalogue

Buyers can browse categories such as paper, writing instruments and office equipment. New arrivals and special offers provide other starting points, with sorting options on category pages.

02

See the details before buying

Buyers can examine product photographs, check specifications and compare the price before choosing a quantity and adding it to their order.

03

A place for business purchasing

Enterprise and volume discount pages explain the options for larger orders. Buyers can request pricing and speak to the team about their organization's supply needs.

04

A recognisable store across a varied catalogue

A printer, a desk accessory and a safety mat need different product information. Consistent cards make their prices and categories easy to find, while the fuchsia accents carry Office Elements' identity across the range.
