This reduces risk, makes progress measurable, and prevents the project from turning into an open-ended initiative.

Do you work with existing ERPs or only greenfield implementations?

Both. Many engagements start by stabilizing and integrating an existing ERP: clarifying ownership of key fields, fixing fragile sync behavior, and introducing reconciliation so the business can trust the numbers. Greenfield implementations are also possible, but we still recommend starting with the smallest viable operational slice and expanding in milestones. In both cases, the goal is not to “install an ERP.” The goal is to make workflows predictable, data consistent, and reporting reliable so teams can operate without constant manual re-entry and exception handling.
